一つの食品を制作するにおいては多くの過程が存在しており、その食品が私たちの口に入るまでの過程が、この一つの肉まんに閉じ込められており、いろんな意味での肉汁たっぷりなクリエイティブなフードアート作品である。
原材料を作る生産者、そしてそれらを様々な形の食品に変える食品事業者。食品を建築物にすることで、食品に関わる人々の存在を感じさせ、ひいては食の安全性のあり方を説いている広告作品であるのだ。
